By Car - Coming from the Mass Pike
Take Mass Pike to Copley Square Exit. Take Right onto Dartmouth Street. Proceed through 4 traffic lights. At the 4th traffic light, take a left onto Washington Street. Continue .2 miles – Laconia Lofts will be on the right hand side across from Peters Park. Metered parking is available on the street.

By Car - Coming from the South
Take 93 North to the Mass Ave Exit. Stay in middle lane. Follow straight. Take a left on E. Berkeley Street. Proceed 2 blocks and take a left on Washington Street. Laconia Lofts will be 100 yards down on the left. Metered Parking is available on the street.

By Car - Coming from North
Take 93 South to Albany Street Exit. Stay in middle lane. Follow straight. Take a right on E. Berkeley Street (before mobile station). Proceed 2 blocks and take a left on Washington Street. Laconia Lofts will be 100 yards down on the left. Metered Parking is available on the street.

By Subway
Take the Orange Line to New England Medical Center stop.
Exit onto Washington Street. Walk west — (away from downtown) approximately 8 minutes.
Cross E. Berkeley Street. Laconia Lofts will be 100 yards down on the left.

Coming from Copley Square
Take Dartmouth Street or Mass Ave to Washington Street. Take a left onto Washington Street. Continue past Waltham Street. Laconia Lofts will be on the right hand side across from Peters Park. Metered parking is available on the street.

Buying Art
This site has been designed to help clients view a large selection of Jules artists’ paintings. To see the work in person, call one of the representatives listed below and they will arrange an appointment for you to visit the gallery and/or deliver the work to your home.

Art Approval
In some cases, Jules Place will allow art to be taken out on approval for a maximum of 3 days.

Payment Policy
Jules Place accepts checks and Visa or Mastercard. Payment is due at the time the transactions are finalized.

Returns
At this time, all sales are considered final. In the event that a secondary market is established for an artist, Jules Place will take the work back in on a consignment basis.
